​Therapist Position


Indigo Counseling Center in St. Paul is seeking a therapist candidate for our Mental Health Therapist opening. This position requires a Master's or PhD Level degree in Counseling plus licensure as LP, LMFT, LSW, LPCC or Pre-licensed LPCC, LMFT.

Indigo Counseling is a small, collaborative group therapy practice in St. Paul. We specialize in creative, narrative, psychodynamic, mindful and humanistic therapies. Indigo also has diversity of therapists with their own specialties and interests such as EMDR and family therapy. Therapists are encouraged to pursue their professional interests and many learning/educational events are also offered.

Indigo serves diverse communities. We work with teens, adults, couples, and families and help with a range of life and mental health issues and concerns. Positions are independent contractor part-time to full-time (5 clients to 30 clients per week). You set your own hours. Indigo offers a good work/life balance, consulting, abundant referrals, credentialing and billing, marketing, free supervision, high wages and raises, and a beautiful office space in a convenient St. Paul location. Position can be teletherapy, in-office therapy, or a hybrid of teletherapy and in-office.

Desired Qualities: Therapist is willing to work with a range of issues and diagnosis. Therapist is open to working with diversities in age, gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, religion, class. Therapist is a self-starter, organized and able to do accurate, timely documentation, intakes, notes and treatment plans. Indigo Counseling also wants clinicians who have their own unique specialties or interests. Please note in cover letter any specialties or special trainings.
