If you are reading this, you might be carrying a heaviness that most people don’t see. You’ve likely spent years being your own toughest critic—trying so hard to keep up, yet feeling like you’re constantly falling behind. When you live with a brain that feels 'too much' or a past that feels 'too loud,' just getting through the day can be a quiet act of bravery. If you’re ready to stop carrying this alone, I’m glad you’re here. Together, we’ll turn down the volume on that inner critic and build a life where you don't have to hide who you are.
I work with individuals, couples and families from diverse backgrounds navigating ADHD, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression. I use a variety of evidence based treatment approaches of somatic, mind-body skills along with narrative, emotion-focused, attachment, and relational therapies. I am trained in a specific trauma treatment of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Along with Circle of Security, and Emotion Focused couples therapy. (EFCT) for the specific treatment of navigating relational difficulties throughout the lifespan. I completed 4,000 hours of supervised training and became an Independently Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (#5345). I received my master’s degree from the University of Minnesota in child and adult counseling. I work as an intergenerational therapist and this scope shows up in the way I work with clients. Whether you are navigating the whirlwind of ADHD or the echoes of past hurts, we will work together with gentleness and curiosity—moving at a pace that honors your nervous system and your story. I bring compassion, creativity, humor, and curiosity into the therapy space, because healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time. You deserve to feel comfortable in your own skin and to know, deep down, that you belong. If you're tired of going it alone, I would be honored to walk with you as we make meaning of your experiences and cultivate steadiness, self-trust, and compassion. |
