Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when life feels heavy or uncertain. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, struggling with persistent anxiety or low self-worth, or facing challenges in relationships, you don’t have to go through it alone. If you’re not sure where to begin, you’re in the right place.
I strive to offer a warm, welcoming space where you can show up just as you are. My hope is that you feel safe, accepted, and truly seen in our work together. I’m here to support you without judgment and to walk alongside you as you explore, grow, and move toward the goals that matter most to you. My approach to therapy is person-centered - I believe healing happens when you feel understood and connected. I honor your unique story, strengths, and lived experiences, and I tailor our work to fit your needs rather than expecting you to fit a certain mold. I draw from acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and mindfulness-based practices, all through a multicultural lens that values who you are and where you come from. There is no one-size-fits-all path to healing, and together we’ll find what feels right for you. Outside of my work, I love trying new recipes, reading, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and being outside. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
